Broccoli Apple Salad

This broccoli apple salad is the ideal salad for all! This salad made with raw broccoli, walnuts,onions, cranberries, golden raisins, and carrots, it is the perfect mix of delicious and sweet. Plus, it's tossed with a  tangy dressing, slighter creamy that doesn't compromise on taste at all!

Broccoli Apple Salad

Ingredients:


  • Four cups little diced broccoli florets
  • Two small gala apples, cored and diced
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • carrots 1 cup matchstick, roughly chopped
  • Half cup golden raisins or dried cranberries
  • Red onion 1/4 cup chopped 

Dressing


  • Greek yogurt 3/4 cup 
  • Salt
  • 1/3 cup Hellman's or Best Mayonnaise (full-fat mayo)
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons Raw honey

Instructions: 

Instructions For Dressing:

Take a medium mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, vinegar, mayonnaise, honey, and season with salt to taste (about 1/4 tsp). Refrigerate until ready to use.

Instructions For the salad:

In this salad bowl, toss together apples, broccoli, carrots, walnuts, raisins or cranberries, and red onion. Pour in dressing and beat until regularly coated.

Note: 

You can use cashews if you don't have walnuts.
